  38.           License is granted to users to use the  PASCAL-XSC  compiler
  39.        for  a  period  not  to  exceed  sixty  days  from  the date of
  40.        installation on their computer system for  evaluation  purpose.
  41.        If  the user continues to use the PASCAL-XSC compiler he or she
  42.        is expected to pay a registration  fee  of  US  $70.00  outside
  43.        Germany or DM 100.00 inside Germany to Numerik Software GmbH.

  45.           This software may be freely copied as long as it  is  copied
  46.        in  its  entirety  including  all  distribution  files and this
  47.        agreement.  A nominal copying service fee may be  charged  only
  48.        with the express written permission of Numerik Software GmbH.

  50.           The  PASCAL-XSC  compiler  files  may  not be installed by a
  51.        commercial vendor on a computer,  hard  disk,  floppy  disk  or
  52.        CDROM disk for sale to a third party or bundled with a computer
  53.        for any  reason  without  the  express  written  permission  of
  54.        Numerik Software GmbH.

  67.           The PASCAL-XSC compiler is not a "Public Domain"  or  "Free"
  68.        program.  It is marketed using the "ShareWare" (user supported)
  69.        concept of program distribution  to  avoid  the  high  cost  of
  70.        advertising.   You  have  the  chance  to  try the compiler and
  71.        decide whether it suits your needs.  If you use this  compiler,
  72.        you are expected to "Buy it".  This is the ultimate "money back
  73.        guarantee".  If you don't use the compiler, simply  discard  it
  74.        or pass it on to a friend.

  76.        For a small registration fee of (US $70.00  |  DM  100.00)  you
  77.        will  receive  a  PASCAL-XSC compiler version for IBM/PC's that
  78.        supports other C-compilers such as Turbo-C++, WATCOM C,  GNU  C
  79.        etc.,   a   serialized  distribution  diskette  of  the  latest
  80.        PASCAL-XSC  compiler  release  along  with  telephone  and  fax
  81.        support.  For any other machine, please contact us.

  83.           A rebate of (US $20.00 | DM  30.00)  will  be  sent  to  the
  84.        registered  user  for  each subsequent registration from his or
  85.        her serialized distribution diskette or copies  made  from  the
  86.        serialized   diskette   if   it  is  for  the  same  underlying
  87.        C-compiler.
